No online forms on this website
This website does not have an online appointment form, a medical-history form or any other form that submits your information to us. There is no facility to upload reports, prescriptions or patient photographs anywhere on this site.
How contact actually happens
Appointments are arranged by telephone with the hospital reception, or by WhatsApp or email. These conversations take place outside this website, on the telephone network or on services operated by their own providers, and are governed by those providers' own terms and privacy policies. Information you voluntarily share by telephone, WhatsApp or email may be used to respond to your enquiry, coordinate a consultation and support related clinical communication. Records created by a hospital or clinic are handled according to that organisation's applicable policies and legal obligations.
Please do not send emergency messages or highly sensitive medical documents on WhatsApp. Use it for appointment coordination, and bring your reports to the consultation instead.
Technical information processed by third parties
Like most websites, visiting this site causes technical requests that other companies may log. We do not claim that no information at all is processed. Specifically:
- Our hosting and backend providers may record standard server and request logs, such as IP address, browser user agent, requested page and timestamp.
- Page content is loaded from our database provider, which similarly records technical request logs.
- The hospital location pages embed Google Maps, and the site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Loading these means your browser contacts Google, which may process your IP address and related technical data under Google's own privacy policy.
This website does not currently intentionally use advertising-tracking tools. We do not sell any information, and we do not operate a marketing database built from website visitors.
Sensitive health information
Clinical history, reports and images should be discussed in a consultation, not shared through public messaging channels.
